California Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263)

Starting January 1, 2026 , California will require additional age and ID verification for firearm components and accessories.

The following components below remain legal to purchase but the state now requires government issued photo ID or Driver License for verification.

•  Barrels 
•  Muzzle Device (Flash suppressors and flash hiders)
•  Pistol grips (including forward pistol grips) 
•  Stocks  (Thumbhole, Folding, or Telescoping stocks) 
•  Launchers (Flare and Grenade launchers)
•  Other firearm accessories, parts, or tools identified by the State of California as     being potentially usable in the manufacture of firearms. 

AB1263 Parts and Barrels Transfer Fees:

$10.00 per box shipped in.

Storage fees for Vendor Transferred AB1263 Parts and Barrels Transfer Fees: 

Up to 2 days = Free

3 days & Up = $10 Per Day (Call or email to store location for storage extension)

Items left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned. 

*AB1263 Parts and Barrels Transfer will only be released to the customer listed on the invoice with 18+ years old valid DL/ID

*Customer must be 18+ years old and provide valid DL/ID
